When I go to Windows Update, I get a message that says
"The Windows Update site has been updated. To update
your version of the software and begin using ...,click
Update Now." After installing, it continuously loops
back to the same message and never gets to the update
page.

Go to this website and scroll down to "Software Update page repeatedly
displays "Update Now" button."
