Windows Update

Not sure if this is the correct forum for the question,
but I will try. My Windows Update was working great
until Wednesday, the 3rd. Now it very quickly gets to
100% and gives me an error--Ox800A138F. Does anyone know
why/how to correct?
 
Check points:
1. Click "Tools" and then choose "Internet Options"
2. Click the "Languages" button
3. Make sure at least one language is listed in the "Language Options"
dialog.
Also
Check to make sure you have the correct date, time, year etc.
