Go into your system 32 folder and look for CatRoot and
right click it and then click rename and name it CatRoot2
and then try it. Once you have sucessfully done an update
then you should have a new CatRoot folder and can delete
the old one. If this isn't your issue then you can rename
the CatRoot2 back to CatRoot. This is one solution but may
not be yours. good luck.
