Hi,

I have noticed that over time, all the Windows Updates I have run have
accummulated a large number of "uninstall" folders under my Windows
directory. Some of those are over a year old. I'd like to remove the oldest
ones to make room on my hard drive. Are there any utilities that can scan my
hard drive and display all the updates with some indication as to wht they
were and their date so I can pick which ones to uninstall? If not, how would
you suggest I go about it without compromising my installation?

Thank you.

You don't uninstall them. Just delete them from explorer(its safe they are
just the uninstall files, not the patch themshelves). Once deleted from
explorer go into add/remove programs and remove the entries for the
hotfixes. Windows will see they are gone and delete the add/remove entry.

Thanks for the info.

Regards,

Waguih
