There are no buttons to accept the agreement or not.
Therefore I can't get the 23 critical updates for my one
day old pc.
any ideas?

Try using the TAB key in the license window. If there is something
wrong with the dialog box the buttons may be hidden.

This can happen if your DPI settings are set to a higher value. Try going
into the display properties, settings, advanced, and changing it on the
general tab. You can change it back when you are all done. A lot of software
is still having problems dealing with varying DPI settings.

Thanks, Chris, the DPI trick worked.
