windows update keeps prompting for KB828035

I've tried everything and followed every link on how to
fix windows update problems but KB828035 will not go
away! Any suggestions at all are greatly appreciated.

Additionally, if you know you've installed KB828035, you can see www.dougknox.com, Win XP Fixes, Windows Update - Prompts to Install Hotfix - Manual Entry

Finally!

I download the fix. Ran the fix with the /uninstall
option, restarted, installed the fix again manually.
Finally, no more prompting!
