Hi all,
I had "Auto Windows Updates" turned on and had selected to be notified.
For some reason it keeps alerting me that Update KB890047 is available. So I
selected to install it and the program comes back to me telling the install
is successfully. The fix is also visible in the "Add or Remove programs"
option in the control panel, so I was very happy....
BUT if I reboot my laptop the alert comes back again and I have to install
it again, I can do this 10 times, but 10 times with the same result...
It looks like if this update somehow got locked somewhere or reminds me of
a loop??
So for now I have turned "Auto Windows Update" off, since this fix starts to
get on my nerve...
I noticed I can remove the fix from the "Add or Remove Programs" option,
maybe that is what I need to do and then have it installed again??
Any advice in this matter will be highly appreciated!
Best Regards,
Ellen
