longer access the Windows Update...on opening the home

I have tried all of Microsofts suggetions....any one else
having this problem...
I have disabled Norton, and tryed ahead of the
firewall...I have deleted the files in Widowsupdate/V4 ...
I am open to all suggestions....Dave
