Windows update hanging at 0% downloaded

My Windows Update on a XP system has been hanging for
several days saying 0% downloaded.

I had received the notice that the SP2 was ready to
update my system and I reply ok. The the update program
miminized to the taskbar and has set there for several
days saying 0% downloaded.

I have rebooted and every time the task comes back and
sits there.

I have changed my autoupdate options to autoupdate at
different times to try to force it to run but still no
changes.

I am not sure what task to be looking for in the task
manager to try to terminate it.

I hope someone can tell me what is going on.

Thanks
Jack

Is it downloading SP2? If so you could be in the queue for it. It will
download in bits and pieces.

I had replyed for it to download SP2 but it has just been
sitting there for days. My other 2 systems downloaded
right after I replied to the message.
