I think if you stop the Windows Update service, it should allow those files
to be moved. Make sure you stop the service first, then try to move them.

Microsoft provides free help with Windows update problems. They have a 24
hour turn-around
via Email. I've used them twice and the solutions are right on!

Hey There,
Before rename the file,after turning off the updates, you have to reboot
your system. After rebootyu ll able to rename it.

But i wonder if we could delete the OLD file?
