Windows Update Error

When attempting to run Windows Update via IE6, I get an
error "0x800A138F"

IE Version 6.0.2800.1106
Running Winodws XP Pro

Make sure your computer's clock is set to the correct
time zone, time, year, month, and date. Also, you must
use IE to access the Windows Update website.
