Windows Update Error

When I try to scan for updates I get an error number
0x800A138F. I've tried everything the troubleshooter
suggests and nothing works. What more can I do?
 
Might be a problem with firewall and/or proxy.
0x800a138F is a generic error, check the log to get the actual error being
reported.
