Windows Update Error Code 80071AAF

When I try to install updates, I have to restart my computer. When I restart
It, I always either get a Blue Screen or the stage 3 of the updates fail. I
need help Please!!

I'm looking for the relation to this group. It's about writing WindowsForms applications
based on the .Net Framework (as the name microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.windowsforms
indicates).
