Windows update doesn't work anymore...

After a meltdown, I've changed the motherboard (replaced one Intel i815 with
a Via KM400), recuperating the install and everything went great; in no time
at all I've got a working computer, so thought I...

Even though the clock is set right, Windows Update doesn't work anymore
because it says it's wrong.

What can I do?

Do you have the bios clock set up as well as the windows clock?

Yes. I've even syncronized the time with the time.windows.com tool.

Any ideas?
