Windows Update can't install

When I start Windows Update the ie tells me, I can't insta Update.
And I have administrator priviliges.

In Windows Vista software and security updates have been simplified, now
operating solely via a control panel instead of as a web application.
Open the start menu, type Windows Update and hit Enter

I have same problem windows cant check for updates error 80245003.
