Windows too small

Is there a way of increasing the size of subsidiary windows which appear on
top of the main window of Windows XP ,Outlook Express and Windows Movie Maker
etc., such as those for Address Book, Task bar and Start Menu Properties,
Display Properties in Control Panel etc? These windows do not have a resizing
option. They seem to have reduced in size for some reason and I am having
trouble reading them. My screen resolution is 1024x768 and I have increased
the DPI setting to 109 to make Windows text easier to read.

Try dragging the edges of the window out. Hope this helps.
