Windows time not stable!

I have "Windows XP Professional" on my laptop, and the time jumbs forward ~5
minutes for ~15 seconds and then backwards. It happens a lot: once every ~55
minutes.
This happens all the time during work and it is not related to rebooting!!!
I have an anti-virus on my laptop and it doesn't find any virus that may
carry to this behaviour!!
I hope you can help me figuring out what is wrong!!

P.S: My time zone is Jerusalem (GMT+02:00) and the "Automatically adjust
clock
for daylight saving changes" option is checked.

Do you have a malware program such as: Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware which is
a very good free program, that can be downloaded from here:

Anti virus programs alone are not sufficient now days.
