windows taskbar

Every time I minimize more than 3 programs that I have
open it appears in group, it would normally icon show up
at the bottom of the windows taskbar? Please help!
 
I cant help you much but I can guide you... Its sound that
your Windows is not Win2000 but XP...

To change this setting right click on your Taskbar bar and
plya whit the option setting you will find where to
disable that otpion. Its a defaut option on Windows XP.
