Besides using ctrl-alt-delete are there other ways to launch Windows Task
Manager ?

Right click the Taskbar and select Task Manager from the pop up menu.

Without getting too creative, here's three alternatives:
Ctrl+Shift+Esc
right click the taskbar> Task Manager
Start> Run> taskmgr
