Windows Task Manager

Recently my Windows task manager has no controls along with the blue windows
border missing. I can bring up (wtm) but I can't view or select anything
other than the processes running options.

Please help!

Task Manager Menu Bar and Tabs Are Not Visible

Double click anywhere on the Task Manager border to bring the menu bar and
tabs back. Do it again to hide them again. Or not. ;-)
