I was removing some adware and some how removed this file. i now have a error
code when I start Explore that this file is missing.
c:\windows\system32\gzmrotate.dll How do I reload this file?

It was probably part of the spyware, and this is a relic of the startup for
that. Use Autoruns utility to uncheck the box for that startup.
