There are 448 MB of various file types in my
\Windows\system32\Dllcachehere

including
a couple of biggies: TourP.exe (flash player tour that
does nothing); Moviemk.exe which I've never used and may
never use.
a few questionable ones: eqnloggr, eqnloop and eqndiag.exe

Question is what do I need this for?

Hi Will,

That folder is used by WinXP for frequently or recently used files. It's
part of the memory management scheme and should be left alone. It's also
used by the system file checker when files are corrupted (which is why you
also see files that you do not remember using).
