Windows still lists Blaster patch as needing to be installed after installation

Hi.
I have downloaded the 823980 patch but Windows keeps
listing the patch under my Critical Updates...I have
checked to see if the patch is installed in my programs
and it's there. Anyone have any idea why I still get the
message that I need to install the patch?
