Windows startup - rundll error message - Help please!

When I start up windows XP i get the following error message - RUNDLL
Error Loading C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\F3SCRCTR.DLL

I think this relates to a search engine I deleted some time ago. Can anyone
help me stop this error coming up every time??
