Windows Sound Recorder

Sound recorder won't record a file longer than 1 minute.
Can this be changed ? How ?

Click Record
(allow Sound Recorder run until it stops)
Click File | Save As
Name the file BlankFile.wav
Click Edit | Insert File
Insert "BlankFile.wav"
(total time is now doubled)
Repeat the last steps:
(Click Edit | Insert File)
(Insert "BlankFile.wav")
