Windows sidebar

When i click the shoe desktop icon, my windows sidebar disapears, and before
yesterday that didn't happen. Also, my weather gadget doesn't work, it
allways show the message "service note available". I'm running windows vista
business. How do i fix this?

vista has the sidebar feature
and gadgets; so if you had a
sidebar and gadgets in win xp
then it is likely to be a third
party program.

Thats the default behavior when you click the Show Desktop button in Windows
Vista. My weather Gadget does not work either, it seems the service is not
working for my location 'Jamaica' - Manchester JM. I recommend downloading
another weather gadget, there are a plethora of them available from
http://www.gallery.microsoft.com
