windows shuts down

EVERY NIGHT WINDOWS SHUTS DOWN AND I HAVE TO RESTART EVERY
MORNING. IT DOESNT HIBERNATE AND I THINK ALL MY SETTINGS
ARE RIGHT. ANY HELP?
