Windows shuts down help me please???!!!

Windows shuts down and I am given an error message.The message reads as
follows; 0x000000ED (0X81AB45CO,0XC0000006,0X00000000,0X00000000).I cannot
get on my computer at all.I have tested my hard drive and it is fine.It is a
software problem that I am unable to fix..Please help..Thank you..
