Windows Shutdown = Restart ?

Hello all, my Windows XP SP2 cannot shutdown! When a shutdown selected,
Windows will be restarted?! What's wrong? Please... Thank a lots!

Something running on your PC is crashing it, and you have the PC set to
automatically restart on a crash.

Press Winkey+Pause(System Properties opens), click Advanced tab, click
Startup and recover Settings, UNcheck "automatically restart".

Now when it shows the error messages, you may write them down and look
up the cause.
