Hello,
Can anyone give me advice on what my cause a Windows XP system not to
restart? From the shutdown menu if you click shutdown the system will
shutdown just fine and powers up just fine. If you click reboot/restart it
will do a shutdown instead of a restart. I have found no errors anywhere in
the event viewer and there is no error that pops up when doing the shutdown
even though I clicked the restart. Is there setting that is telling the
restart to actually do a shutdown.
Thank you for your time and help.
