I am looking for a way to disable the Alt+Enter shortcut.
Is there anyway to shut it option off?

I am using a joystick set-up that uses a keyboard
emulator. What happens is when multiple people are
playing various keyboard shortcuts get activated through
the frenzy of button smashing.

The biggest problem is when the full screen gets
shortcuted to be windowed. Which I was told happened by
Alt + Enter. So I need to shut off this windowing.

Thanks,
Charles

If it is right click the program and on the Misc tab clear Alt + Enter. If a windows game then Alt + Enter does nothing, if a normal windows app it accesses the System menu.

It's MAME 32 so the main program is in windows but I
believe that the individual games are in DOS mode yes.

I can't find individual access to the program that
actually starts the games. The games start in windows,
then that program loads the DOS window. Is there a way in
Regedit to completely disable ALT + ENTER?

Only Dos programs predate windows. Therefore they may use this key stroke. As windows intercepts special keys the app never see it. You can turn it off for Dos programs only for compatability. As no windows program uses this key stroke there is never any need to disable it.

I shouldn't need to give the most basic instructions. If this is above your technical level why are you doing it. R/c the shortcut you use to start it.
