Windows Service Pack Setup

I keep getting a message. Widows Service pack setup encountered a problem and
needs to close.

When I look at details it says. szAppname:update.exe szAppver:6.2.29.0
szmodname:update.exe
SzmodVer : 6.2.29.0 Offset : 000077a7

Then when I look at those details it says.
C:\DOCUME~1\OWNER\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WEROc1c.dir00\update.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\OWNER\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WEROc1c.dir00\appcompat.txt.

I had to go back to a older version of IE because IE 7.0 wouldn't print my
mail and anything for the web.

which service pack are you trying to apply to which software?

That's all it says, I think it's for sp2 or it could be IE7 it
doesn't say in the message. I copied and pasted the meaages as
they come up on the screen.
