Windows Service Pack 3 won't install

I'm having issues with SP3 installation because I don't have the Windows XP
standard CD that is obviously required. The only CD I have is the
reinstallation CD that I got from Dell when I bougt my computer. Is there any
way to get around this or not? Please help.

There is no such thing as Windows SP3 service pack. Do you mean Office XP
Service Pack 3 (SP3)?

To install Office XP Service Pack 3 you must have Office XP installed on
your computer.
