I have read through several posts about this and i can't seem to make any headway.

I have 2 Dell Power Edge 1950 servers with dual gigabit NICS.

Server 1:
NIC1 (MGMT) 10.160.4.33
Subnet Mask: 255.255.252.0
DG: 10.160.4.4

NIC2 (NLB) 192.168.0.1
Disabled "register this in DNS"
No DG
No NetBIOS

Server 2:
NIC 1 (MGMT) 10.160.4.34
Subnet Mask: 255.255.252.0
DG: 10.160.4.4

NIC2 (NLB) 192.168.0.2
Disabled "register this in DNS"
No DG
No NetBIOS

I have NIC1s connected to a gigabit switch on our live production network.
The NIC2s are connected via crossover cable, I have also tried patch cables with a switch inbetween, no matter.

The NLB server was created with a cluster IP of 10.160.4.57 and DNS name of clustername.domainname.com (Didn't want to report real info here)

I am choosing the NLB nics in the setup of the NLB cluster.
I also am doing Unicast mode with dual nics. I should be able to communicate with the servers normally between each other i would thing but i cannot.
One server cannot ping the other after I create the cluster.

Please help.
