Windows server 2003 & IE

We have just setup a new Citrix server farm, and for various Citrix related
reasons we have Windows 2003 installed, not windows 2003 SP1.

When I look for updates, it says I am all up to date - but I only have IE6
not IE SP1. This is incredibly baffling. I'm being told that IE6 is the
standard browser for Windows 2003, not IE6 SP1. Is this right?
 
If you are using Windows2003 server as I am then your IE is already SP1
