Hi,
I really don't know why, whenever I install more and more programs, and as
the windows installed for a few months, then it starts running slow, does
anyone know what kind of trick I can use to optimize it? Thx.

Any advise is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.

You can run disc clean first then defrag then scan for
any viruses or spy where then run a registy cleaner
program then unhide hidden folders in Windows Explorer
and search for "Temp" & "prefetch" folders and empty them
(a couple of files in Temp may not delete just leave them.
Then reboot. Then You can think about switching off a few
start up menu programs in "Start\Run\msconfig" Then your
services"Start\control panel\administrative
tools\services" Here are a couple of sites that explain
about the start up list and services.

Defragment it once-twice/month.

Start>>All Programs>>Accessories>>System
Tools/Defragmenter

This should help. Download Spyware S&D and AdAware and
run both to get rid of spyware that will clog up computer
resources.

Hope it helps.

Also run Disk Cleanup. Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Cleanup.

You may also want to try a registry clean up tool like NT
Perfect Companion from EasyDesk Software. It cleans up
any keys left hanging around after installing and
uninstalling software. They have a free trial.
