Windows Restore

I have restored my XP system and it appears to have done it but I am unable
to see the toolbar at the bottom. I can run some applications by using task
manager and can see all my data but cannot get teh toolbar back - does
anybody have any ideas?

it may still be there...but just offscreen.
try adjusting your monitor

i have tried that without luck - the toolbar does show for a split second
before disappearing. I have tried using the start key on my keyboard and the
toolbar does not come back
