I read several of the documents. Most of them don't relate to my symptoms
though. I tried Net Start, to make sure Restore was running with no result,
checking "System Restore Services" everything looks fine. Restore still
won't run, not even in safe mode.
I'd rather not reinstall windows but I'm not sure what else to do or even if
that would do it.
