Windows Remembers

Often when a password is asked for, a message asking if Windows should
remeber it in the future, appears

If the message does not appear, how can I make windows remember the
information that I post?

See what options are enabled in Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet
Options>Content>AutoComplete...
