Windows Pruduct Activation

On my windows log in page when I try to log in a pop up comes up saying that
my widows product has not been activated (which it has) and asks if I want to
activate it now if I say yes it redirects to a pop up saying it has already
been activated click ok to exit. When I exit it logs me back off the
computer. If I click no it logs me off.
Can anyone help I can't get to my personal settings basic page?

What you need to do is a fresh install on XP. If you can't call Microsoft. It
takes a while to get through, but they may do something about it. Every
windows XP and newer once it is installed, has an automatic acitvation.
