After doing a "Righ Click on the desktop -> Propterties" nothing pops up. I can't see the window that lets you change the screen saver, wallpaper, etc.
Can someone tell me what command actually is being called so that I can check whether or not I deleted this file by mistake, or if I have to insert the WinXP CD to repair damages?
I recently had a spyware problem which is now fixed, but as a result of the spyware I can't see the properties window anymore. And I have on my desktop a background that reads:
"Spyware Infection - Your system is infected with spyware......." then it tells me to clean it with spyware software which I did but I still can't see anything.
Running:
HP Pavilion zd7160us
WinXP Pro SP2
Processor 3.5 Ghz
Ram 1Gb
HD 80Gb
"Laptop"
