Windows Profile Migration

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions, or 3rd party tools for
Windows profile migrations. I am migrating from an NT4.0 domain to a Windows
2003 Domain and profiles are my biggest concern. I have tried profwiz
(forentIT) but was a little concerned about its functionality. There is no
rollback process and one could easily wipe out the profile. Are there any
tools that do this in a better manner. I am unfortunately using Windows 2000
clients only...better than 98 I suppose. Any recommendations would be greatly
appreciated.

Windows 200 clients should already be using Windows 2000 profiles. Not sure
why you need to migrate Windows 2000 profiles to Windows 2003, unless you
have a lot of NT pol files you are using.
