ADMT does not migrate user profiles

We are using the ADMT to migrate from WinNT to Windows
2000. However, we have run into a little problem after
the migration process. When a user logs on to the new W2K
domain, the local profile has not been transferred over
and the user has a brand new profile to configure. I have
the option selected to mygrate user profiles in the ADMT.
Now the funny thing is that this was working fine at one
point with other domains we migrated into the windows 2000
domain. Am not really sure what's going on here. Any help
would be great. Thanks in advance for any help.

Use ADMT to migrate the computer account too. It will
locate any user in Active Directory and translate all of
the profiles to AD. It's a really neat tool. I'm in the
middle of it right now.
