Every official CD is a bootable CD. If it is a copy, you can't and
shouldn't use it anyway. I presume you have the Upgrade Version of Windows
XP. Ensure that in your computer's BIOS settings, your system will boot from
a CD if it finds a bootable CD in the machine. That's it. Put the CD in the
machine, do Start > Turn Off Computer and choose Restart.
