Windows pro with laptop equipped with TV

I am planning to buy a new laptop that has a TV tuner with remote control.
The laptop come with Windows MCE but I need XP professional instead since
Visual studio.net programming tool require it (IIS support). Will the TV
tuner works with professional edition ?

Is anybody knows what features would I lose ?

Yes, it should work, only if the TV tuner software is a separate software.
Check with the TV tuner maker.

Windows MCE has IIS Support. Cuz im running 2 computers with MCE on it, and
they BOTH have IIS running. I have .Net 2.0 intalled on both. is tehre
something im missing that makes them not work correctly?

Computer one is MCE 2003
Computer two is MCE 2005

It is not clear that I can developed and deployed and ASP.NET application
developped with VisualStudio 2003 or 2005 with Windows MCE 2005. If MCE has
support for IIS, I think that MCE can be used but I am not 100% sure !
