It will fill up as you use it by opening applications. Additionally the
prefetch REALLY only needs (should) be killed off when there were a lot of
programs removed and a usage change. It is - contrary to what people might
say - positive to delete them but it will fill up again. Really, delete only
when it is full of stuff that isn't important any longer. It generally is a
huge space full of stuff you might not have installed and even isn't
important any more and when that is the case - and only when that is the
case - you get a benefit from cleaning it.
