How can I locate this on my computer and short cut it to
my desktop? P C Helpline unable to help! Thanks

It's not an .EXE file, but powered by a DLL. When you preview an image file,
The "ImageView_Fullscreen" function of shimgvw.dll is invoked. [with %1
parameter so that the file you clicked is previewed in full screen]
