Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

I know I have received the answer before, but have misplaced the print out.

I just got a new computer and need to know how to change the Registry to
prevent "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" from opening Graphic Files.

Shift right click the file. Select "Open With", find the program you
want, and tick the "Always ..." box
