Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

How can I turrn this off?. I have set my graphic files (jpg, tif etc.)
Folder Options/File Types to use PaintShop Pro, but when ever I double click
on a graphic file the "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" opens up.
