Windows patch problem please help

I am installing Office 2003 and I keep getting an error that says the patch
package could not be opened and to verify it exists and you can access it.
This is a multi liscence version and it installs fine on all the other
computers except this one. Is there a solution?

I appreciate any help you can give me
